I purchased a ticket online for my employer about 2 weeks ago. On Kulula website you dont have an option of buying a flexible ticket. Unfortunately my employer had an unexpected commitment and could not take the initial flight. I called the call centre and was advised that Kulula does not put flights on hold, I need to immediately change the flight, pay the R300 to change the ticket, before the flight takes place, in order to not loose the ticket. Pressured to find a new date, we change the ticket. Bearing in mind the next date was not planned, my employer once again has to cancel the ticket. i call the call centre once again, asking if we can kindly put the ticket on hold as we are not sure when it will be utilised. I was told a flat out NO, Kululas systems dont allow tickets on hold. Are their systems so outdated? Its a poor excuse for not looking after their customers. So at the end of the day, we loose the cost of the ticket and the cost of the initial change fee. What a bad experience, how do they expect to retain loyal repeat customers. SEEMS KULULA LIKES YOU TO PAY FOR MAHALA!!!
