Dont use travelstart

I am very dissapointed with the service I have recieved from Travelstart. I booked tickets for my family to Thailand and paid for them. I then realised that I needed to extend the return date. I knew there would be costs involved but this was just rediculous. I contacted the airline and they said they cannot change if it went through an agent. These tickets are booked for end of April so I dont see what the issue is with changing. They send me a quote for change late in the afternoon. When I want pay they say it has expired and by the way there is another amount added because the airline increased the price of there tickets. R 3200 just to extend my return dates. I know they will come back with some clever answer but I can assure you I will never use them again and I will also encourage other people to do the same.
