Dishonest Advertising and Business Practice

After requesting a building insurance quote for the guarantee that they will beat any quote (Radio Ad) or pay out R1000, they have not held up their end of the bargain. In fact, I was also told to stay with my current insurer (Regent) as it would result in me paying 2 administration costs.
My first quote from them was just less than double what I am paying! After forwarding my current insurance documentation to them, and after many e-mails, I received a second quote (almost R100 cheaper! Wish that was quoted to me initially!) This quote too was more than I am paying at present.
I have tried calling but battle to get to speak to the relevant persons. I have sent further mails, but have not seen a response. Guy's I would not bother even wasting my time with a company that has no intention of holding its promises as they clearly have no integrity whatsoever.
Very dissapointed...
