On the 15/03/13 we were scheduled to fly to Durban on the 22:40 pm flight with Kulula airlines. We arrived for our flight at aproxiamately 22:00pm at O.R Tambo, we went to the check in counter, however at the counter wers ACSA evening cleaners having their evening snacks, they directed us to the Self service check in machines. We were unable to check in, the ENTIRE airport was desserted no Kulula officials to assist, we went to the Terminal entrance looking for some assistance, where the ACSA officials were inexcuseably rude & we were told they couldnt help, after desperately requesting assistance one of the officials actually swore at us, telling us to F#@* off & not make it their problem if we dont have boarding passes. We then met 6 other travellers booked on the same flight that were also lost on how to get on board the flight. We found a Kulula "Senior" person on duty, & he too told us too bad, we are late & he cant help us, &to come back in the morning & pay for another flight.we had a funeral to get to, & he said he was not interested & he cant help us. We went back at 5am the next morning & still no one could assist & we were forced to pay for another flight at 12pm at our own cost
