I was almost involved in the accident while rushing to get on time for my Kulula flight MN453 (Lanseria to CPT scheduled for 14:55) and when eventually I got to Kulula desk at Lanseria airport I was exactly 3 min late for check in. I first spoke to Kulula consultants and explain them nicely why I am late but they just told me flight is closed. My problem is that they didn't even try to check if I can board as sometimes when I am late consultants actually try to help me instead to ignore me. Same was with so called Kulula Lanseria "boss" Izette as she told me straight away that I can't board and that maybe they can help to add me to next Kulula flight to CPT. Well that so called "help" have cost me extra R992 which is completely unacceptable.
Also after having a chat to few other passengers booked for same flight I found out that MN453 was overbooked and that was the actual reason why Kulula didn't allow me to board.
Is this a way to do treat your loyal customers???
Kulula, if you don't do anything to speak to your ignorant so called "boss" lady Izette and don't do anything to compensate for this, I can PROMISE you that neither me or anyone I know will EVER fly with Kulula again.
