We were perfectly on time for our flight from Cape Town to Lanseria waiting in line to check in for our flight. After a 30min wait (at 07:20am on a Saturday morning) we eventually got to the front only to be informed that we were suppose to check in at a single kulula counter across the hall next to SAA - completely out of sight from the official Kulula check in counters. We rushed there and got 'helped' by an extremely and arrogant lady called Carmen Morkel. We got into an argument and the way she treated Kulula's so called valued customers were extremely unproffessional. She claimed she came to the lines requesting the customers of our flight to go in check in at the single Kulula counter. In our half an hour wait we did not see any Kulula officials asking the passengers to check in somewere else. We ended up missing our flight and having to pay R2400 extra for the next next flight. After changing our flights we approached her asking for the manager, again she gave us an extremely bad attitude not even making eye contact and basically showing us away. This woman should not be allowed in any customer relations position and just made a bad situation and our day 10times worse
