Extremely Bad Service and Attitude

We booked a quad biking tour with Areena Resort, and phoned them to inform them that we will be arriving a bit late as we were running late, we however arrived on time for our scheduled booking, but the reception we received was poor and unfriendly which should've given us an indication of the level of service we would be receiving on the ride. Then the tour guide explained quickly how the quads worked and off we were. During our ride the quide was extremely unfriendly, abrupt and sarcastic with the few questions that was asked. When he explained anything it was a abrupt and sarcastic, Not a people's person at all. The other guide that was with tried atleast to be a little friendlier. The tour guide also did not really lead the way for us nicely and would just stop and wait for till everyone caught up again. After the ride we went to the restaurant for drinks and was met with same attitude as received during our ride which was really quite sad to say the least. Therefore i would NOT recommend the place to any tourist or anyone who would just like to experience quad biking, even thou the trail is quite nice.
