WE had booked flights in the first week of January (5adults, 1 toddler & 1 infant). We had gotten to the airport an hour before our flight. When we get to the counter we had gotten told that the flight is overbooked and there is no space for us on the flight, we need to make other arrangements (on another flight) to get back to Johannesburg. They had offered a flight today, as some of us had to be at work that was not an option. After an hour at the counter we had gotten put onto a British Airways flight at 6:25pm. As we had started boarding, the flight was delayed for another hour till 7:30pm.

It was highly frustrated and incompetent of Kulula. So not impressed with them at all!!!
