Good Day Sir / Madam

I recently made a booking for my Grandmother for a flight from Johannesburg to Maderia and also amended a booking for a current ticket for its return date. I decided to go direct to the Airport which was OR Tambo Johannesburg Lufthansa booking office to get prices and do all the changes. I lady by the name of Shelly / Shirley apologies not sure of the name helped me and just would like to compliment her on her customer service nothing was to much to ask and went out of her way to find alternative dates and made sure every request was noted into the system. I feel we tend to complain more but when their is good service we never acknowledge it. I hope you will forward this E Mail so she is aware of the great work she is doing and how much it is appreciated.
