We have been a Telkom customer for the past 2 months. First having applied for 5GB per month decided to switch to uncapped on a 1MB line. Line is intermittent, lots of noise on the line and no matter how many times I call the 10210 number I get NO satisfaction. I have spoken to 5 consultants today including a supervisor giving me the run-around. Endless excuses and different diagnoses for the problem including a brand new (faulty according to them) Telkom router has been given. No response is ever the same. I am not allowed (they won't give me the number) to speak to a technician. Our reference number: 223cwk100113 - is always 'escalated' but nothing ever seems to happen. We are constantly being told that the problem is being taken care of while it's not.
When I signed up, Telkom was VERY happy to take my money, now they don't give a. Can someone please help us!!!? Surely there has got to be someone higher up the food chain that we can speak to?! Why is no one taking Telkom to task!?
