USELESS TELKOM!!!

I have has intermittent internet problems for more than 3 months now which Telkom cannot or will not resolve. In the last three months I have logged more than 10 calls and the calls usually get closed by the technician without even attending.
I truly just don't know what to do anymore as I constantly log calls and when you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, you get placed on hold forever.
There has been instances where Telkom has send out a technician but to date the problems has not been resolved. I have been told that it is a Telkom cable, faulty ports in the exchange and the latest one is that it is because I'm on a uncapped package.
I have tried everything to get Telkom to genuinely look into the problem and I have even escalated it on their website without so much as a "stuff you" from them.
I'm told by the technicians that they do not have the right equipment and that only the supervisors are allowed to use it.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET TELKOM TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
