Hi,

I applied for a 2m/s adsl line 499 pm the first problem is that it took much longer than promised by the sales person I spoke to, when the line was eventually installed it was installed as a 1 m/s line... and not the 2 meg line I asked for.

I had to call telkom again and upgrade the line myself...

Also the modem the technician gave me did not contain the yellow Ethernet cable, I called him on his cell number and he came back and dropped of what seems to be a used Ethernet cable and not the yellow high quality one that was supposed to be in the box

Next problem is that I have tested the line speed and it varies between 200kb/s and 1.3m/s now the line is off it was reported with reference number 72CRK160213 .

I'm so sorry I am a telkom customer now because I have spent more than 45mins to telkom from my cellphone listening to recording after recording and still the line is off.

The people I speak to at telkom are not helping.

I want the following to happen immediately please.
I want my line to work
I want 2meg line speed
I want my yellow Ethernet cable
I want reimbursement for 45 mins of calls to telkom,
