Fault number 92CTK270613 - landline number 0132434771 - The problem is that nobody yet contacted me for this fault to fix it, the problem still the same, my ADSL line will loose connection between 7:35 - 8:30 each morning and I've spoken to many people in Middelburg and it looks like most of the people in Middelburg Mpumalanga struggle with telkom and the telkom technician's uses the same excuses every where - you are to far from the exchange. My opinion is that the infrastructure is to old. PLease telkom cant you link me up via wifi as the telkom tower is about 500m away from my house which can equivalent to my adsl line, come up with a resolution because all what I get now is only fairy tales. Perhaps we must change Telkom name to Telkom fairyland because they don't deliver what they promise in their advertisements. PS why does the telkom say He will charge me a call out because he cant find a fault when he test the line at 11:00 in the mornings, DUH the fault is yhe mornings time specified, Previous telkom calls has tested my line even at 1MB and problem still pesistent. Get me somebody of telkom which will take responsibility and do something about it.
