Our Telkom line is out of order for a week - reported on Monday 2013 - on line and with 10210.
Received feedback - your problem has been resolved??? What? Come Again???
The line is still not working, but, here is the BIG PROBLEM - we cannot report the faulty line again because... we have reported it already and according to Telkom there is NO PROBLEM.
Try to speak with somebody at Telkom? 0800203951 has changed to 10210 - if you try to speak to a call centre person - they just hang-up.
So why do we need Telkom at all?
