My ADSL and Telephone line are not working

I am a young entrepreneur in the digital space and use my internet to efficiently do my work. I moved to Midrand and decided to contact Telkom to come and set-up an adsl line which offers uncapped internet at 4MB speed. Telkom responded accordingly and set up my line but just a few weeks later my line got faulty and I can't connect to the net -- this started on Wednesday. I contacted them and I was assured that a technician will be sent within 48hours to sort out my problem. 48 hours later, I am still waiting. My work got stuck for 2 days and it's still stuck because my line is not working and can't connect to the internet. Everytime I call them, I am told that the matter will be escalated and I am given a reference number. I've got 3 reference number but no one is telling me when will my internet be up. I expected a lot from Telkom, this is not good service, especially for their uncapped customers.
