Charging me for data when i have fee megabytes ava

I called in december spoke to johnatthan a supervisor at vodacom customer to confirm with him that my data buundle balance is 300mb because i get 100mb of data every month and for the last three months i have not used my data and it gets carried forward for 3 months maximum. Johnatthan agreed that i have oct 100mb unused and nov 100mb unsed and with dec 100mb it totals to 300mb and i can use all 300mb in dec before i can get charged for any megabytes used out of bundle. During the month of dec i get a message saying that my megabytes are finished and they will be charging my account. I contact the customer care asked for johanthan his not there and than i spoke to Mohali. I explained that should have atleaset 100mb free left because i only used 200mb 100mb of dec and 100mb of nov as per the vodacom system and that oct megabytes were not getting allocated for me to use. He said I don't have any megabytes left. He told he will get his supervisor to call me. No calls from supervisor till today I have been overcharged for megabytes and i never used 300mb only about 250mb and than they tell i must apply itemised billing at 17 per month
