In December 2012 I renwed my contract on a Talk200 package with 250MB free data. The data was not sufficient so I went into an MTN store to ask for an extra 300MB of data. they asked me if I would need it every month and I said I would. They did NOT tell me that by doing this I lose my free data and I should rather add this as an adhoc data bundle.
I have now called 808 twice to remove the 300MB recurring bundle and give me back my free 250MB data. Each time I have been told this wil be done in 2-48 hours and still NOTHING!!

Please can you remove the recurring 300MB of data and put back the 250MB which i should be getting free each month.
