When upgraded to the new Z10 on 1 March, I was supposed to get 250MB of data each month on my new contract. Since 1 March no data bundles were loaded to my account, INSTEAD, my R Bundle was credited with my data. I basically used all my R value (calls) for DATA. On 3 June, I phoned 808 (for possibly the 20th time) after visiting various MTN shops & I spoke to a certain David Mapokane, ref 100760328, who admitted the fault on MTN side & he undertook to rectify the account, credit my calls & add the 250MB data from March till now. The next day, I received a 250MB bundle for the first time but my Unbilled invoice still show the data (PSD calls) being deducted from my R bundle instead of the Data bundle. Although I have only used about 160MB of data, I am charged (so far) the amount of R31.56. I now also have to pay for my phone calls because my Data, which is supposed to be part of the "FREE" 250MB, used my entire R bundle. I am at the stage where I want to give up with this complaint but I think it is unfair the way these big companies treat us & getting away with it. They don't even reply to my query lodged on their site.
