Data as per my contract not received for 2 months?

I went to the mtn store in Shelly Beach in April 2013 requesting that an additional 300mb be added onto my account monthly as the 250mb that was included in my contract was not enough and i could not buy additional data manually from my phone. The lady at the store Kerry, loaded the extra re occurring bundle of 300mb without knowing that this would cancel out my 250mb included in my contract.

I haven't received my 250mb data for 2 months and i have been on mtn's case about my problem constantly for over two months now but the only thing they have done to rectify the problem is to cancel my additional bundle of 300mb and reloaded the 250mb. Mtn still needs to give me the 500mb for 2 months that i haven't received it and they need to tell me how i can load additional data when i run out.

I am not blaming Kerry as she like most of the mtn staff (in store and call centre staff) were not aware that an additional re occurring bundle could not be load onto a top up contract. I just feel that this is a mtn problem and a customer should not be punished for a flaw in their system. Kerry and all the staff in the mtn store have tried to assist me but i still do with no luck
