Cancellation of free data bundle

I posted a query on MTNSP's site yesterday:

Good morning I have added a 300mb bolt-on data allowance, but now it seems that my 250mb free monthly data has been cancelled? If I now cancel this bolt-on data, will the 250mb be reinstated? Can't I have both (effectively giving me 550mb per month)? Reallocated to group 'MTN Active Support Hub' on 22/04/2013 at 11:10:47

It is frustrating to see a faster response from HelloPeter than actual correct channels. Its been more than 24 hours and this has not been responded to.
