Blanche from Cell C not following up

On 2013-10-14, I upgraded my cell c contract from Control Chat 100 to the Straight up 100 which includes 100 free minutes, 100 free sms's and 100 mb free Data. Including in the contract there is a free 300mb data per month. I did receive 61 units of each which is fair "pro rata" data since there is 18 days left of the month. The problem is that cell c refuses to give me "pro rata" data on the extra free 300mb data included in this contract saying that the actual expiring date of the old contract is actually on 2013-11-10. If this is the case, why was this not communicated to me before I did the upgrade? Why can I get the free 100 units of the new contract but not the free 300mb of data before the actual expiring date of the old contract?
Blanche contacted me on 2013-10-15 and made promises to resolve this issue the same day. Noting happened. I tried to get hold of her on 2013-10-16 via Cell C contact centre where I spoke to Precilla from upgrades. Precilla said that she cannot put me through to Blanche but she will send an e-mail for her to call me back. On 2013-10-17, after no feedback, I tried to get hold of Blanche again with no success. Your customer care is terrible.
