No service almost 2 months and still being charged

Anybody thinking of using Telkom, think very carefully... below is the final straw i have been in contact with Telkom almost every day and have still come to NO resolution regarding the lack of service, the incompetence of the staff at the call centre and the F#cken attitude the respond with to paying customers...

TELKOM = SENIOR SUPERVISORS,
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT WITH TELKOM, SOMEBODY BETTER CALL ME IMMEDIATELY, I HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS, MY BUSINESS AND HOME, I HAVE HAD NO SERVICE FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND NO ONE IS ASSISTING ME, EVERY TIME I CALL I GET A DIFFERENT EXCUSE AS TO WHY NO ONE HAS FIXED MY INTERNET LINE AND I AM STILL GETTING BILLED. I AM BEING CHARGED FOR NO SERVICE, THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE CALL CENTER IS EVEN WORSE, I WANT A MANAGER, OR SUPERVISOR TO FACE ME, NO MORE SMALL LEAGUE CALL CENTER AGENTS!!! I AM QUITE PREPARED TO SUE TELKOM FOR LOSS IN PROFIT AS WELL AS WASTED TIME IN SERVICE DELIVERY. SOMEONE CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS NOW 0824909436 IM TAKING THIS FURTHER, I WANT MY LAST PAYMENT REFUNDED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND FOR THE INVOICE OF THIS MONTH TO BE REVERSED, ALSO THIS LINE MUST BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY OR ALL MY ACCOUNTS CLOSED.
