Poor Signal Coverage

Good Afternoon

I live in the Royal Ascot area of Milnerton, in Cape Town. We have such poor signal coverage that its literally impossible to make or receive a cell phone call. And even when you get a call, the quality is so poor, it keeps on cutting out. I use 2 service providers for DATA. My vodacom is useless, due to poor signal, but my 8ta cotract, has perfect signal! how does that work?

Please, is there no way vodacom can boost the signal or reception radius of the area. It is a real problem. I love vodacom and have been with them since my 1st cell phone, but I dont want to move, just because the reception is poor.

I am in the medical field, so it is extremely important for me to have reception, since I am on call. if a client or a hospital cant get hold of me, lives are at risk.

Please, vodacom, see if you could do something about it.
