TELKOM BILLING ME FOR CANCELLED LINE

I have had it now with Telkom - I have unsuccessfully been trying to cancel my Telkom line since February 2013. Each time I call I get a ref no, but then come the next month - another bill.
- On 29/01/2013 at 08:10 I called the call centre and cancelled my Telkom line - I was told 1 month notice and that the cancellation will be in effect on 28/02/2013 - Ref: 71818142A.
- I spoke to Itumeleng at the billings department on 08/03/2013 at 13:30 - She said that there was a misprint on my account and that the R488.23 is not owed by me to Telkom and that the outstanding balance is R306.77 - Itumeleng said no ref no - I paid the R306.77 on 22/03/2013 and (as could be expected) again I got billed.
- My last call was to Leroi on 11/04/2013 at 11:50 - Leroi said that he spoke to his manager and the matter has been resolved - REF: 26871564 - again I got billed the service fee.
- I am not calling again and will give Telkom 3 days to respond to this complaint before raising the matter with the consumer commission.
My Telkom line will be cancelled and I will be refunded for the 3 months that I was charged again for line rental / service fee of the unused/cancelled line.
