I reported my faulty telkom line to the call centre on 5 June 2013 at about 11h50am. They have sent me the reference number 757CWZ050613 and explained to me that someone will be in contact with me the following week. Until now almost a month later no one has come back to me regarding my faulty telkom line and my line is still not fixed however. I phoned in again to clarify what the reason was why no one has been in contact and it was told that my fault was at the relevant department but however there is no technicians available for my area that i stay in so that is the reason why it is still not fixed. This excuse to me is totally unacceptable!!! I am now paying for a telkon line that i cannot even use. I request that i 'WILL BE' reimbursed for the month that i could not make use of my telkom line. Im patiently waiting for a response from you to rectify this minor problem before it gets worse because really now service delivery from Telkom!!!
