BILLED FOR ADSL THAT DOES NOT EXIST

2GB Internet option with Telkom as service provider was used for some time. This was later upgraded to 5GB via a telephonic special offer, for additional R20 pm. Another month passed before it was activated. 3 Months later this service was disconnected without notice. After making inquiries, we were told that the account was closed - when and by whom is still unknown. It was restored 2 months later after many 1hr calls, sent from the one dept to the next. There are 2 Telkom lines for the same account holder. One with & one without ADSL. Yet the non-ADSL line was billed for internet for Jan-Mar. Calls were made to accounts dept with promises to rectify the matter. No response - the account just escalated plus interest. Finally we paid the account to avoid the line being terminated (as threatened via SMS). During this inquiring time, the Telkom line with ADSL has been closed on our request for end Feb. We are now billed on both accounts for ADSL lines that do not exist. The endless calls to the Call Center is quite disturbing and time consuming, plus it does not resolve the problem. We would like to have this matter sorted and money refunded.
