Data Bundle not loaded on data contract

We have been customers of vodacom for over 6 years and have always been happy with their service until recently when we had to upgrade and changed our data contract to a TOP UP MYGIG2. Ever since we've had serious problems where our data bundle would just disappear in the middle of the month even though we haven't used up the data. We daily log in to the vodacom website to keep track of our data and sms usage! We also have an sms bundle added onto the contract which we use to notify and liase with our customers. Our sms bundle has also disappeared on 2 separate occasions and vodacom acknowledged their mistake and rectified the problem. Now for the month of March our new data bundle has again not been loaded and we've given up on trying to phone customer care because they don't seem to know what to do. We are sick and tired of paying for a service which we don't always get and are considering lodging a formal complaint with ICASA, we are also looking into what our legal options are in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. We loyally pay our vodacom account every singe month but vodacom is not delivering their part of the contract, which means vodacom is in breach of contract!
