This is highly unacceptable, whilst sorting out an incorrect billing from My personal account from you, another debit order goes off my account this morning R1192 X3 . Your very helpful Sello assisted me on Wednesday by logging a service request which some of your customer care consultants could not do. That is still under investigation and your forensic team tells me to obtain an affidavit... for what? spend more of my money and time instead of checking the correct billing account details for your customer, I now need to run around for you. 2 of my colleagues were in the branch this morning for the same mess up. I AM NOT YOUR CUSTOMER NEVER WAS AND YOU BETTER SORT THIS OUT
