Monthly sms bundle not loaded for new month

We have a top-up myGig2 contract with a 100 sms bundle added on each month, we have had problems
with this contract since last year. We had instances where our new data bundle wasn't loaded for the new
month and also had problems with the sms bundle which vodacom sorted out, you can check your records.
Our problem at the moment is that our new sms bundle has not been loaded for the new month and no-one at customer care or at the outlet (Chatz connect Fish Hoek) where we took out the contract seem to be able to sort out this problem. We have even contacted the western cape client liaison officer namely Kirsten Mcguigan last week but have not received any feedback yet. We are sick and tired of paying for a service which we are not receiving from vodacom and utterly disgusted at the attitude and the way in which Vodacom and its staff are handling our complaint. Vodacom is not able to deliver the sms bundle which we loyally pay for each month, this is considered breach of contract! We are looking into lodging a formal complaint with ICASA and also exercising our right in term of the new Consumer Protection Act to give notice to end this contract for good.
