Vodacom Customer Care - Poor Customer Service

I am really disgusted in the level of service received by Vodacom. In the beginning of the month it came to my attention that Vodacom had not loaded my data bundle usually included in my contract, I called their customer care line only to have to explain that data is included in my contract and that it was not a self loaded bundle nor a promotional bundle for a limited period of time. After being put on hold for a while the consultant finally established that it was in fact included in my 24 month contract package. I sat for afew days thereafter without data until they finally loaded it on and got told that a solution in the mean time would be to load a data bundle on but i would have to pay for it! To tell a client to pay for something that should be already included in my contract and am paying for currently is just shocking? Once the data had been loaded i checked my proposed invoice on my account only to see that i have been billed for out of bundle data charges for the first few days of the month where i was unaware of the fact I had no data and due to THEIR negligence. Not only was i billed data charges I had been charged small amounts for calls while still within my minutes.
