BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I was contacted by a sales consultant from Vodacom wanting to offer me a cell phone. I kindly told him I am not interested. He then offered me a data bundle. I told him again I am not interested. He asked me which data bundle I have and I told him I have a 1gig data bundle for R99 per month with Vodacom. He offered to upgrade me to a 2gig for R99. I told him to go ahead as I am getting more for the same price. To my surprise when receiving my statement I see that they never cancelled my 1gig data bundle. They upgraded my 1gig to a 2gig PLUS they added another 2gig data bundle to my contract. Now I am having to pay R99 X2 per month instead of just R99 per month. Phoning to complain to customer service at Vodacom no one can help me and they keep on saying they will provide feedback within 24 hours. Its been more than a week and still no feedback! When I phoned them yesterday I get told I am liable for the cancellation fee for one of the data bundles. Why must I pay if they were suppose to just upgrade my existing contract to a 2gig. Not add another data bundle on top of the one I currently have? Their service is pathetic!!!
