Since the middle of February I phone Vodacom numerous times with a problem is still not resolved. I am on a 24 month business contract. Since January the data bundle (110mb) that was linked to my contract disappeared. On the 20 March I recevied and SMS telling me a credit note for my account has been processed. This is more than a month after my initial complaint. This is correct, but the problem is they still have not added the data bundle back onto my contract. This means I am now once again being charged for data where I am not supposed to be charged. Can someone please phone me, because the people in the call centre are unable to sort this out for me. At this stage I do not believe that this problem will ever be resolved.
