PLEASE help us

We signed a contract in November, we still have not received any internet (although we have received a bill), and then were promised that we would have our internet installed on 1 March. That day is 17 days away and we have not heard anything from Telkom. We are eagerly awaiting installation and Telkom fulfilling it's promise. PLEASE help us.
