1 MARCH - WILL THEY DELIVER??

We have been PROMISED since NOVEMBER 2013 that our internet WILL be set up and connected by 1 MARCH 2013. That is in THREE days and Telkom has not done anything to book the installation.
We've written on HelloPeter at least three or four times and every time, they send you an escalation number to make you feel better - but it does NOTHING. If HelloPeter doesn't work, maybe we should call Carte Blanche?
My family lives abroad and email/Skype is the only way I can stay in touch - please Telkom, we are desperate!! We would love to write a good report on here that on Friday, 1 March, we received our internet.
