Telkom cuts internet connection with no reason

Hi.
This is my first complaint on hello peter. I have heard alot abt hello peter and the good service that they provide.
Thank you hello peter staff and team.

My complaint is with telkom.
I have signed up for at internet package from telkom. After receiving connection for two days my connection was cut off without any explanations.
After numerous calls to telkom I have still not received the reason for my internet being disconnected.
Each time I call I am promised to receive a feed back with out any response.

Telkom please if you read this message please assist me and help sort out the problem. My reference number is cm523683
