We've been waiting since LAST YEAR

My wife and I signed a contract for 20G internet in November and were told it would only be delivered in MARCH - how are we supposed to be happy with that? Then we received a bill in January for 5G internet - internet we DON'T have. When we went into the Telkom shop we were told we couldn't talk to anyone, we could only call for help. After fighting that bill, we are STILL waiting for our internet. I've never written a comment on HelloPeter because I've never had such bad service - but this warrants it.
Anyone know of an internet company that will deliver quickly?
