Pathetic service by Telkom again

Hi Applied for a Telkom line to be installed at my house as I wanted to get ADSL, I was told it would take about 3 weeks for installation. I phoned this morning just to follow up on the progress and I was told that they don't have enough cabling and that installation will only be done in march 2014. Once again Telkom shows how useless they are and not planning ahead like always. And they are suppose to be no1, maybe no.1 from the bottom.
Just to show again how Great our Internet infrastructure is.
