No Internet & Billed for Service we do not have

I applied for the Telkom Simple deal @R514 per month on 2013-12-17 at the Cape Gate Branch, Durbanville. I was advised that installation could take 5-14 days. Our telephone/DSL line has not been installed, we still do not have internet.

Yesterday I received a Telkom Invoice for DSL for an amount of R205-42 although we DO NOT HAVE INTERNET AT HOME. Invoice Number: 401A1013544R, Account Number: 249900516932.

I have contacted the Call Centre on numerous occasions.

How can I be billed for Internet if installation has not taken place? Why is installation taking so long?
