Ongoing Telkom saga- 10 mbps ADSL line NOT working

I received a reply to my Hellopeter thread of 6 January 2014 from a Telkom employee called Innocentia Tsoku - see my earlier threads. I have a 10 mbps ADSL internet line I use to stream videos and youTUBE. It is advertised as such by Telkom on their website. I installed it on the 26 November 2013 and it worked fine until 3 January 2014 (some 5 weeks).
Since then it has been buffering and breaking up every 10 seconds...

I have made about 10 calls to Telkom on 10210. I have received 3 calls back. And one email response to my complaint.

I have still not heard back from her since my direct emails to her [Email Removed] on the 9th January and again the 13th January.

Telkom called me yesterday and scheduled a technician to pass by my home at 11.00 am this morning, 14th January. Of course no technician arrived or called.
BUT I have received my next Telkom bill - R1, 050 -. How efficient! No problem with the accounts department of Telkom it seems, only the actual internet and technical side - which ironically is where the money is made and of course pays the wages of the employees.

Why are Telkom so bad when it comes to customer relations? How an I get my internet working?
