In February 2012, i took out an internet contract with 8ta. They assured me that there would be coverage in my area, however, when i installed the internet, there was no coverage in my area. Thus, not having internet which i was paying for, i returned the product and cancelled the contract within 7 days as i was not receiveing what i was promised. They assured me that it was cancelled. I then received incorrect invoices for cancellation payment 4 months in a row after i had cancelled and was assured that there would be no penalty, as is my right with the CPA. 21 months later, i received an SMS from Nu Debt managements stating that i am in breech of contract with Telkom Mobile and that i owe R2487.48. I have phoned them and they said i must contact Telkom. I have done so was promised correspondance within 24 hours with no luck.

This is absolutely unbelievable! I will never use Telkom Mobile again. It has cost me countless hours of attempting to correct their error.
