Shocking service and lack of "service"

Dear Sir/Madam

I have been battling since 2 February 2013 to get hold on someone to help me sort out my termination and the fact that I am still receiving smses to pay for a service which no longer is offered to me.

I have tried to csretentions/talk2us/ billings and account email and even phoning the call centre.

The call centre agents refuse to put you through to the people who can help and just end up making the situation worse. If it is not too much trouble could you please let someone who ACTUALLY can help me please contact me - I am beyond frustrated!!!
