Refunded?

Jul 2013 I got a tablet contract. Since day one I had problems. After months of trying to cancel it, Dec 2013 at last it was. I had still had to pay it for Dec though. The call centre then informed me that I will be refunded as soon as I get the invoices and statement in Jan 2014.I received it Jan with a credit note the call centre nor shop could explain. From the 31 Jan I heard within 3-5 days, now they tell me yet again to wait for the feb statements. MTN is quick to take your money but the giving back seems to be the problem. And call centre agents not very friendly at times. How do you think I feel having to explain myself over & over again? Billings dept are you working? Not even the call centre agents can get hold of you. I just want what is owed to me. Im not gona wait yet another month for my money.
