It seems that Neotel gives endless trouble with their services and this Talk 2 Us email address is fast becoming a regular recipient in my address book.

Previously you gave me the run around regarding coverage and speed, so after months of correspondence, you finally advised me that there is nothing you can do to help.

Now, after having installed a Wifi router through Telkom and successfully sending and receiving neomail emails, as well internet browsing at a much faster speed, suddenly I am not receiving a particular business email that I urgently need to view!

I have requested 3 people, from different businesses, to send it to me (this is extremely unprofessional, thanks to you) and I am still not receiving it. I have successfully received and sent other emails over this time, but for some reason, due to YOUR inefficient operations, I am not receiving this one. The senders are not getting error messages when sending it to me, so the only conclusion is that, YET AGAIN, this is a Neotel issue!
I am trying to run a business here and Neotel is making me go OUT of business!
