Termination charges for a change in name

I have repeated tried calling Neotel with regards to termination charges exceeding R600 which I have had to pay for.

I changed my neotel account from my personal name into the companies name. It turns out that such a change results in a termination of the old account and the opening of a new account. However, when calling the call centre with regards to the process for a change in account, I was NOT made aware of these charges. If that was the case I would not have done it. I have been calling numerous times for the charges to be reversed but have not yet had a final resolution.

The last correspondence I received was an SMS with my request number SREQ_86246393 on the 10th June 2013.

And once again to my dismay I have received an SMS from Neotel on the 20th June 2013 with my account balance which STILL includes the termination charges.

It's very frustrating to continuously call the call centre, be put on hold and still not have a resolution.
