Billings and rude bad attitude

I have 4 contract lines with CellC when l upgraded they were suppose to activate an email plan on my package & this email is part of the package. I have been billed extra for the email & l my email has been cut off. l have case number all the time l call they matter has not even been referred to billings department. My case number is 3063000032. l reported this matter on 30 June & up to now nothing has been done, there is no feedback, l have called the call centre daily & they refuse to put me through to billing department & they refuse to put me to the supervisor of call centre as Kelebogile who l spoke to on 08/07/2013 around 13:40 was rude, unhelpful. They refuse to give me the recording of the call l made as agents at call centre give me different feedback. But the one l spoke to on 08/07/2013 was extremely rude, arrogant & impatient, unprofessional. I have been charged for a service they should not have charged me & they cut off my email which l had already paid for.
