I the above mentioned account holder of Jet stores Edcon group hereby wish to express concern re: R 50 Top up received from a Company called Autopage.

I was offered abovementioned over the counter by a Jet stores consultant. I was never informed this Top up came from Autopage as i deal directly with Jet. Approximately 1 year and 4 months ago my account with Jet incurred arrears and was thereafter handed over to a legal department. I was unable to purchase any goods/services yet i still received R50 Top up. Which became my problem to cancell. Outrageous!!!

I raised my concerns on numerous occasions to the store as well as customer services whom always referred me to 0860 and 011 numbers to have this service cancelled. I have exhausted all avenues to cancell this service that has inconvenienced me with time, money and effort. I have Spent uneccessary money to contact these people whom i indirectly
