TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (VERY BAD SERVICE)!!!

I terminated my contract in September 2012 and Netel has been debiting my account. The last debit order went off at the end of January. I then phoned yet again on the 12th of Feburary 2013 and the account was terminated on that day. They now tell me I must wait 21 working days for my refund to be done. I find this unacceptable as I already terminated my contract in September 2012 in writting. I even received an email back from Neotel to confirm. I have been trying to get hold of a manager in order to sort this out, the agents will not put me through to a manager and i hold for a long time. The back office supervisor (Roopal) was supposed to come back to me yesterday (12.02.2013) i am still waiting for his call.

very unhappy cleint and would like everyone to knwo what bad service Neotel has to offer.
