Dear All,
I have spoken to customer care many a times in the past since 8th of November 2012 and requested over phone for termination of contract. Now when I called customer care "on 6th February 2013", this guy "Katleho" tells me that I should send a letter to the email address [Email Removed] asking them to terminate the contract.

Why none of the representatives earlier told me about this and why now after 3 months of me making a request you are asking me to send a letter again. Why should I keep paying for the mistake of your representative not giving me proper information on contract termination?

Please terminate my contract with neotel at the earliest. My account number is R000641321 and the phone number is 011-0256248. I earlier sent email in this regard to customer care and the accounts department, but as usual there is no response. The reference number of the calls are below for your reference. Please do the needful at the earliest.
