Two weeks ago I wrote a report on the non service I am receiving from 8ta. My query revolved around the fact that since February my complaint has not been attended to and when phoning the call centre they refuse to give Mr Amit Maharaj's contact number or one for his office. Each time you call the contact centre you speak to a different agent and the problem never gets resolved. I got a response to say that they would look at my query but have not had a response since. My query is also not resolved. They took R1870 from my account even though the tablet was returned in February because I did not have coverage. I still have not had a response or a refund of my monies. I have been requesting feedback via e-mail and those mails are totally ignored. Today I sent a mail at 10:30 and another this afternoon and none have been responded to. What is that I must do if I cannot escalate the problem and the call centre agents don't do anything about my concerns?
