Original billing complaint 29th Apr 12 four payments not reflected on my account. - 20th June response all is OK. - 7th Jan 13 four payments not credited listed in e mail to Cell C - 13th Jan 13 3rd e mail to Cell C - 14 Jan automated response from Cell C - 16 Jan 13 4th e mail to cell C - 16 Jan 13 automated response Cell C - 19 Jan 13 5th e mail to Cell C - 23 Jan 13 6th e mail to cell C - 28th Jan 13 7th e mail to Cell C - 29th Jan 8th e mail to Cell C - 7th Feb 13 9th e mail to Cell C.

9 E-mails to Cell C should get their attention shouldn't it?

Is this the sort of treatment one should expect from a company such as Cell C?

When one signs a debit order form for Cell C to deduct amounts from one's bank account one would expect a billing query to receive priority. Cell C effects its privilege to deduct amounts from one's bank account but in return subscribers expect accuracy of billing and errors to be corrected or responded to promptly.

Sadly, it appears, the goodwill extended by its subscribers is not reciprocated by Cell C.
